The committee hosted a breakfast this month for new members at the Stargate Diner in Seaford. Nearly twenty-five of our newest members had the chance to meet each other and to be introduced to Board members and Committee members. They listened as the Director explained the structure of the organization, from the strategic plan to the policies and procedures.
I let them know how much fun we have in this committee as we plan and carry out activities designed to benefit Chamber members. We talked about the connections we make at mixers, breakfasts, committee meetings and variouse other activities.

And we asked for volunteers to join us in the fun and the planning. Several new members have decided to help us make the activities more fun and exciting for the Chamber members… and they plan to join us in having fun ourselves!
